Welcome to our practice. We will always try to provide you and your family the highest quality of medical care. If, in your mind, we slip from these lofty goals, please let us know and we will try to make amends.

Our office hours are from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM on Mondays and Tuesdays and 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Wednesdays through Fridays. If you have an emergency and we are not available, please call Valdese General Hospital at (828) 580-5000 and ask for Roger Austin, PA, Lucy Walker, NP or Dr. Bujold, MD. If we are not available, there is someone to call on us 24 hours a day, seven days a week, who you can speak with if the need arises.

In this changing world, we are trying to adapt and provide high quality service. At times it is frustrating for both patient and health care providers; but, if we work together things will work out.
